Some words was missing. It should be park on your own risk.Besides that the Chinese languages one missing some words as well as. In this case it mean the restaurant will take fully responsibility , if any untoward incidents happen by the cars owner who park their on the parking areas.Therefore the word no or "bu" (Chinese languages) was missing , this sign broad was misleading the visitor or patrons .
In my personal view , if any cars stealing activities occur on the compound .The restaurant owner maybe charge in the "English Common Law " under tort of negligence . The owner should fix the sign broad to prevent any loses in the future.
